“To all the other dreamers out there, don’t ever stop or let the world’s negativity disenchant you or your spirit. If you surround yourself with love and the right people, anything is possible.”

Luann Hoover

Integrative Health Practitioner

Luann began her healing journey with a focus on protecting the environment as an environmental lawyer. She shifted her focus to protecting her 2-year-old daughter when she was diagnosed with autism. Luann learned that autism doesn’t just affect the brain, but it also affects the body. Through her journey with her daughter, Luann learned about digestion and toxins and used diets, supplements, and detoxification protocols to improve her daughter’s health, digestion, and ability to concentrate.

Luann began to focus on healing herself when her own health suffered from the continuous stress of helping her daughter. Luann researched detoxification, diet, and longevity protocols and adopted new habits to improve her health. Luann received an Integrative Health Practitioner Level 1 Certification and is currently pursuing her Level 2 Certification from Dr. Stephen Cabral, a Board Certified Doctor of Naturopathy and Ayurvedic, Functional Medicine, and Integrative Health Practitioner.

Heidi Card, LMT, CDA

Child of the Woods & Lover of Nature

Born and raised in Ashland County, Ohio on a small bird farm with a father that is an avid outdoorsman, Heidi grew to appreciate the therapeutic benefits of spending time in nature. In high school, Heidi was a member of the Envirothon team and was selected to attend Forestry Camp at Hidden Hollow Campgrounds, where her appreciation for the forest really deepened.

In 2020, in addition to the stress of a global pandemic, Heidi was dealing with some very heavy personal struggles and on a weekend getaway to her Aunt Paula’s, her Aunt introduced her to Shinrin Yoku. The term Shinrin-yoku was coined by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries in 1982, and can be defined as making contact with and taking in the atmosphere of the forest.

Heidi has been a Massage Therapist for over 20 years and enjoys exploring other healing modalities. She works full time in Orthodontics, where she enjoys helping others find their smile. Heidi has 2 kids and her favorite outdoor activities are cycling, hiking and gardening. Heidi’s favorite element is water and her favorite form of self care is fltherapy at Ebb & Float or snorkeling with her fishy friends in the ocean.
